Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook. Cook (born on October 4 1978) is an American actress. She has starred in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That(99) and Josie and the Pussycats (2000), as well as on the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart and Robot Chicken are her voices. She also voiced several characters in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook is the daughter Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian, social worker and former as well as JoAnn Cook, weaver and instructor in cooking. Cook is part Italian. Cook was seven years old when she was featured in a public announcement about foster care. At age 10 years old, Cook started working as a child printer model and was featured in national Target advertisements and on Milk Bone dog biscuits. She attended Clara Barton Open School, Laurel Springs School, and Minneapolis South High School.
