His main YouTube channel, "MrBeast", is the fifth-most-subscribed on the platform. At the age 13 of Donaldson began posting YouTube videos with the name "MrBeast6000". His early videos included Let's Plays as well as videos estimating other YouTubers' wealth. He went viral in 2017 with his "Counting to 100,000", video that received thousands of hits in the span of a few days.
